This club is for all abilities.

BRICK WORKOUT - 

Group will meet at 6:30 PM beginning May 14, 2018 at SJAM parking lot. (650 Laurelwood Dr, Waterloo)

 

Workout will begin at 6:45 PM. Bring your bike, helmet, running shoes, and a triathlon kit or bike and run clothes as well as an nutrition you will need for a workout. 

RUN WORKOUT - 

Group will meet at 6:30 PM beginning May 17, 2018 at Waterloo Park entrance (199 Father David Bauer Dr, Waterloo)

 

Workout will begin at 6:45 PM. Bring running shoes, wear comfortable running clothes and any nutrition/hydration you will need for a run workout.
